we need online perception test, user open simple site, using keyboard (space) he start test, he put his name, age other personal data, and he start test, first he see instruction how to do test, next step he solve sample question, if it's ok he go to main test (3 parts, each 10-15 questions), he see sample circle and his circle using arrows up and down he have to match to the size of sample circle (result how off - or + go to database, same question 10 times (different example of circle) each time random order to each user. Second part of test user see rectangles and have to point using arrows witch one is biggest, again result to database, he can choose from 3 examples, also time of reaction is put in database. Third part user see shape, using arrows have to point to wich element this shape fit, again 3 examples unswers go to database (time of reaction and user unswer), at end user give email. Need simple panel to see results. Progrming language : any, time max 3 days to make it. Test for screens 1920x1080
