Need Web Developer on Long Term Basis [Laravel, BootStrap, Javascript] -- 2

I am a Start-up Guy and My Start up is about finding Flat / house on rent, roommates etc. I am looking for a Web Developer have expertise in following technologies:

1. PHP Laravel FrameWork

2. Twitter Bootstrap

3. Javascript Framework

4. HTML5 and CSS3

5. Ajax & Jquery

6. 3rd Party API such Facebook Graph API, Twitter API, Mandrill API etc.

7. Front End and Back End Development

I already have a Web Application created with some basic features, functionality and Mediocre Design. The application is created using above technologies and hence expertise in above mentioned technology is must. I am looking for either a freelancer, or a small team who would like to help me build my product. As I am a Start-up my budget is pretty tight. Cause I am looking for someone who can work on long term basis and not just one time development.

I have a list of tasks which includes changes to current design, functionality, creating some user engaging tool, adding few new features and functionality as well. There could be other changes as well to make a perfect product. So you should be fine in case, we have to make certain changes to application often.

I would like to tie-up with a freelancer or a company who is reasonable in pricing, believes in long term relationship and win-win game. I am planning to put a page for Influencers & Supporters on my website and your name might be on top of this page. If you prove to be a person that this start-up need.
