Magento error fix +extension customization

As the title suggests we need the error in the attached picture to be fixed. (see image attached)
Moreover, We have an extension called WebPOS,however when we add new customer it required the input of an email and other fields. We need to find a way to make these fields unrequired. Either by auto generating them or giving them a default value, depending on the type of information being input.
These fields include:
Email,Street,City,Zipcode
We also need the field "Phone" to be moved into the main forum instead of having it inside the billing address.(see attached image)
I hope this clarifies what we need to be done.
