Looking for Google Analytics Expert

I'm having trouble with two of my sites. [login to view URL] (will let you know exact domain name later) is the main website. And [login to view URL] is the ecommerce site. I believe I have the cross-domain tracking set up correctly. But when I add a product to the cart, the analytics drops the parameter and goes through the normal process without recording any ecommerce data in analytics.
We especially want to know -
User clicks on AdWords ad
User goes to VibrAlign
User clicks button to go to store
User goes through entire funnel to completion (all this tracked in Analytics)
The sale is tracked back to the campaign that generated it, in this case AdWords
