HASP emulation

I am looking for someone to help me emulate a parallel HASP for our software.

We have older software which utilizes a LPT or parallel port HASP. This software was designed for Windows 2000 but I was successful running it in Windows 7 32 bit in compatibility mode. I want to make an attempt in trying the software in Windows 7 64 bit but I can’t get the HASP to work even with the latest drivers. I can attain any information necessary from the old computer and HASP in order to emulate it on the new computer.

I have researched this project which seems to be doable but I don’t have the time to investigate or make any further attempts. Here are the sites for reference:

I need this project complete within 2-3 days. To sum up, I need to emulate a HASP from a 32 bit OS to a 64 bit OS.
