For Suresh - PHP - Problem with API connection

We have a Wordpress site where people register their children for a sports league. When they register their info is pushed to our Customer Management system through an API. When they register more than 1 child the API is not working. We need someone to check our PHP script and fix the API.
There are a few issues, probably all related.
When a parent registers more than 1 child (ie. 2, 3, 4 or 5)
1. The parent info doesn't appear in FreeAgent (if parent already exists it doesn't get updated)
2. The Player info doesn't appear in FreeAgent (if already exists then it doesn't get updated)
3. Usually Wordpress will store the FreeAgent Id in the Database. These records all show FreeAgentId = ""
This is happening with all 3 registration forms: ids 51, 54, 55
There also seems to be an issue when there is an apostrophe (') in a player name or parent name. Please check if we are escaping the apostrophe correctly before sending the API calls.
