Build "Special Offers" section for real estate website

We have a real estate website and some of them have special offers, we would like to display a small overlay to the listing to say "Special Offer" and on the property description page, there will be a "Special Offer" section. This will be controlled in the WP-admin panel for each property by ticking a box for whether the property has a special offer with another description box to input the details of the special offer.
