Animation using Canvas similar to [login to view URL]

I want a stretch animation like the [url removed, login to view] website. I am having a little bit different layout(I have provided the image). The screen is divided into two sections 50% each. I want stretching effect like [url removed, login to view] and the loader as per the gif attached.

The work right now needs to be done only for the homepage. All the graphics will be provided by me.

I am looking for someone who has the required skills(canvas) to make it happen. The deadline is short so i will need someone who can deliver me fast.

Its just a starting project. I have other requirements too which will be given once this work is done.

I will share the work done so far once i allocate the project.

Will be waiting for the right candidate.

The stretch type of animations should be done using canvas element of HTML5.
