Adding Paypal Subscriptions/Roles to my Laravel Project

I currently have a project made in Laravel. Its a simple Video CMS system. Right now it uses Stripe payment gateway, but I would like to add paypal on top of it.
I would like the user to be able to choose between using Stripe or Paypal to pay for their subscription. Should be very easy to implement by following the stripe method and making the necessary changes.
Also we have roles implemented. For registered users, admin etc. I would like to expand on this and allow anyone to register on the site for free, but to have to pay to be upgraded to watch the subscribed videos.
