PHP backend for XML Build Flash

Looking good team for this project ... i don't care if some one have not rating ... but should be show if they have such a good team and can be done this project. I need to have a scalable PHP based backend created for typically portfolio style flash websites i am building that are structured with XML. I would need to be able to slightly change it each time i use it so i would like it to be as scalable as possible. perhaps by just changing a few variable at the beginning would determine the setup. The basic technologies needed are uploading, scaling and naming images, rewriting XML, and affecting text 'real-time' with basic HTML tags such as bold, underline and [url removed, login to view] wrtie these words on your bid comments so i would know you have read the fully discussion and understand my requirement. (the flash file [url removed, login to view] is a mock up of the look of the interface, just click 'enter'). would understand if a certain browser was needed, firefox preferably is so, but whatever the case the backend needs to be workable on both macs and PC's...b

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
