This is an internet multi-tool program for my company. I own a web design company along with another web submission company. This program has the options of a meta tag generator, link popularity, html validator,website submission, etc. I can make the meta tags, but I NEED for you to make the submission part along with html editor and link popularity. Along with this I need a registration option. I am not sure how you want to do it, either by a time usage by X number of days, the X times accessed, or have one only submit to a few search engines and have the registration open the rest. I need a registration part where I manually add username:password to a webfile on my website where it can be used ONLY ONCE. Even if they screw up and delete the program, that username and pword will not work for them. Also, I need to know if it is possible to make text links instead of buttons. It needs to be a relatively small program, under 5MB as I have little room on my server. The HTML editor has to be somewhat thorough. Somewhat similar to [url removed, login to view] I have the program which I started to make. That will be supplied when bid is accepted.

## Deliverables

Complete source code of all programming work done. Submission to ATLEAST 20 search engines and a thorough tutorial on how to make the rest myself. A link popularity section along with an html validator. This needs a secure registration program where I manually set the id info.
