Finding key words in files

What I need is a program completed in Visual Basic where I choose a directory. Included would be a textbox where I would choose a word or phrase. Then when I click the button, it would search all the files in the directory chosen for the word or phrase. Must be found within contents (not in the file name). It must be case insensitive. For example, if the word chosen was dad, then even if it was DAD or Dad, it would still find the word. If there is a ' in the line, then ignore it (show it as not finding the word yet. The ' must be the first character (excluding any spaces or tabs). The purpose of this is because I have some webpages that contain some words that indicate that it needs to be edited. The list should just show the file names within the directory. The file types to look for only are asp, aspx, htm, html, inc only. The file list needs to be a listbox in alphabetical order by file name.

## Deliverables

The source code only to show a list of files with key words (not including those with comments in the line). Must be coded in Visual Basic 6.0.
