Custom Combobox OCX

I need a custom combobox control written to add in my Visual Basic 6.0 project. It must be written in VB 6.0 also so I can add it in my project instead of using an external OCX file.
The control must work like a normal one but able to assign a border color and change the color of the arrow and button background itself. If you hard-code the colors, thats fine - I can change them in the control coding myself.
The control needs to look like an XP style combobox with a thin flat border. And it must allow the following:
- Include an image on the left from an imagelist control.
- Set style to DropDown List where text cannot be changed - only select the items added to the combobox.
- Type any letter key and the combobox jumps to the first item in the list starting with that letter.
- Support Sorted property also.
- When the control has focus, use the arrow keys to change up/down items. For example, if the control has 4 items starting with the letter S, I want to hit the S key to go to the first one starting with S and then down arrow to the one I want.
- Set the item selected with ListIndex and read the item selected with List(#).
-When the Enabled property is Off, make the control look turned off like non-enabled controls do.
Muast work for Windows 98 and above.
NO SUBCLASSING or external files can be used. No flickering either. The whole control MUST be written in VB 6 only.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
