Developing a Chat Portal website with facebook integration. Proof of concept.

This project cannot be described in full due to NDA requirements, however a sufficient description is as follows:

1. We require a developer who is experienced in Jabber / XMPP / Javascript as well as Facebook API's / Opengraph implementation.

2. The project brief is as follows:

- We would like to build an online Chat community that utilises facebook as the primary identity mechanism (to create a user profile)

- Chat will utilise Facebooks opensource Jabber protocol.

- Chat site will be divided by Categories, such as Music, Film, Sport, Design, etc.

- Users will be able to create their own chatrooms within those categories.

- Users will then be able to enter the chatrooms and chat in a similar style to Facebook chat. Users can post pictures and links within the chatroom with realtime preview.

- Users can private message each other.

Please submit your bids for this project no later than January 16th.

Deadline: The purpose of this project is to create a rapid prototype, so you will have 3-4 weeks in total to build and develop.
