Redeem Points Feature

We have freelancers on our site and also hired staff. We already have a credit card payment system setup and we have a Points system.

We'd like to add a new page that allows Direct Deposit into people's bank account. We essentially need a form filled out by the user which will ask them for permission to take money from their bank account & also ask permission to put money into their bank via direct deposit.

We then need to add columns to their profile which will store their routing & transit numbers.

Then, when they rack up a lot of points on the website - they can click "redeem points" and it will add them to a CSV file. It will email me this file 1x per week with everyone who has clicked "redeem points"

We will have a minimum of $20 capable of being redeemed.

We will also have "Add points via direct deposit" which just changes the CSV file entry to a different value.

For example - to take money from their account, we will have a value of "22" on the form in the credit/debit column. But we will have a "27" in the form on that column if they want to deposit money into their account to get more points.

We would also like Paypal's "Mass Payment" feature installed to do the same "redeem Points" feature for people who wish to be paid using paypal.
