Feng Integrate into existing Login System

We have just installed Feng Office: [login to view URL] onto our server and would like to integrate it into our current user base. We have multiple users. We have free accounts, member accounts, staff accounts, and adminstrator accounts. We'd like Feng to automatically add any user that is a staff or an administrator so they can access Feng without having to login. Their username will be identical and it will pull their avatar from their profile and plug it into the new system. We have an API that will help you design this and we have already integrated about 5 different systems into one. Our main program is called PHPIzabi.
