Install Captcha feature on phpbulletin(repost)

I have a bulletin similar to 68forums.com. Spammers keep posting porn and I want to keep them out. I currently have a feature installed that requires captcha when you sign up but not for existing users/spammers. Please help me find a solution to stop the problem and FAST
