Facebook application that lets users sign up on our Mailman server lists

Write a Facebook application that lets users subscribe with an email address they specify and submit that data to our Mailman server.

(1) Takes an email address

(2) And an organization address for verification they type in ? to a field

(3) Sends a nameoflist-subscribe email to our server

(4) And a confirmation email to the moderator so they can see the email address and the organization address (that shows they are part of the group)
