Simple Landing Page - Image over iFrame

Hello:

Im cpa marketer:

Im sending traffic to a landing page from Google Images.

I modified htaccess of my sites - so when visitor click over image to full size - the visitor come to my landing page.

What i want?

- A landing page where the background be the URL Cpa Offer.

- And over this page - the image minimized, if you click hover the image go big. If you click hover the big image. Close Image - so the Cpa Offer Page still in background.

I think iframe and over this iframe image - can be made with ajax, lightbox... dont know - you the expert.

Is a simple job!

My max budget is $30 - need in one day!
