I want it set up so I can have sponsors like this site as well as charge users to list something for sale. I want to be able to disable the listing fees in the control panel so I can offer "no fee listings" from time to time.

I will set up a paypal account to collect fees. and I want to be able to offer paypal to the users using my paypal referral link.

a buyer should also have the option to pay a seller directly outside of my site.

When someone lists a product, I want it sent to an e-mail address or a control panel where I can accept or deney a posting. I also want to be able to disable this and have a product be automatically added to the site (if it gets too busy). this should be done in the control panel as well.

I will create a .jpg image that will be used as the background of all of the pages. you will have to slice it as needed to create the pages.

people who want to list a product can use their e-mail address and a password to log in and I will need a place in the control panel to reset these as needed.

for the advertisors, I want someone to be able to sign up to advertise and pay me through paypal in the web site. it should offer automatic renewal. there needs to be a box where they can type the text or upload a .gif or .jpg file for their advertisement and the advertisements should be changed each time the page is refreshed. I also want a place to indicate if they want their add on all pages which will override the rotation and place them in the advertising column at all times.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
