hi,
we are a search engine optimization company. we would like to develop our website using WordPress. the company / individual who bids in this project should have good experience with xhtml, css, jquery, wordpress, mysql.
the person will be involved in the following tasks
1. developing the design of the website. (concept will be provided)
2. the theme should be on-page optimized. (we can guide you on the on-page factors)
3. the css & xhtml should be w3c validated & browser independent. (we will check it in IE 6+, FF 2+, safari, google chrome)
4. the css & xhtml should be properly optimized no extra tags should be used.
5. the design will contain background image which should be optimized to load fast in the slow network connections.
6. all necessary wordpress modules should be implemented.
7. all css & jquery functions should be external. we will not allow onpage or inline css / jquery.
8. the coding should be properly documented.

there will be another part (billing management) which we will be discussing about after this project is completed & also about few more blog websites which we are planning to launch.
** my budget is not high for this project so bid wisely.

** no upfront payment will be made. we will be testing the website in your server and once we are satisfied we will make the transfers and you can set up the codes properly in our server.
the payment will be made in two parts. 50/50 (before you transfer the codes & the rest after you set up the website properly in our server.)**
