web site design XHTML CSS2

I'm looking for a 2 or 3 pages web design and logo design for a small ads/classifieds application.

Done in xhtml and or CSS2 - very simple but clean similar to [login to view URL] page with photos. Must Includes LOGO design.

Project can includes the full php development of a small ads application or by using an existing application like phpclassifieds (contact me for your info).
