272000 Social Network for RnB Radio

I need someone to write a social network script for me (Design and Coding) similar to hi5.

I want it to have:

a blog,

forum,

chat,

user accounts,

inbox, pictures,

album,

confessions,

classifieds,

css layout styles (Like hi5),

privacy settings,

groups,

events,

who visited me,

rating,

newsletter or mass mailing by admin,

search by city, state, age and sex.

Everything must be integrated with the program for transmission of the radio like Sam Broadcaster.

I need a serious and dedicated programmer to work on this. You must be available by email and skype or other communicator. This solution must be in php and mysql. Any questions, please ask.
