Home made plugin for Strobe Media Playback - Action Script 3

As a Director of photography, I am developing myself a swf player to display a mp4 of my reel. I need someone skilled in Action Script 3 to customize my player : STROBE MEDIA PLAYBACK. it should be either a dynamic or static plugin.

Here are my needs :

- the possibility to add a watermark logo (passed via flashvars in javascript)

- the display of buffer time in percentage (in addition of the icon of the loader-buffer).

- a customize AS3 event that will be passed to a javascript variable : click on play - pause - on finished that I can then process statistic (myself) on how many people press play / pause or watch until the end (with passing the ip address of the viewer) (from AS3 to javascript).

I am quite skilled myself in javascript and php but have no clue and no time to learn AS3.

I don't think that should take lot of time for an experienced AS3 developer and my site is very small (just to put online my reel) so can't pay very much.
