Zencart based site - Change to design and functionality(repost)

This site is about printing / embroidery on TShirts, quilts, pillows caps etc.

We also do Rhinestones and Heat Transfer (see the links on the left sidebox of the website [url removed, login to view])

Need the following:

1. need to clean up the front page including logo/fonts/color scheme/images (add to cart/ trash can/ Prev/next etc). Suggest and provide all images, color schemes, logo, theme and template etc

2. The pop up link windows (Color /size chart, Rhinestone / Heat Transfers) need to open up with specific size (wiidth and height). provide html/javascript code for that which works in zencart

All images, logos, color scheme, layout design is to be provided by the developer and is part of deliverable.

Suggest you give a mock up of the design that suits the theme of the website, before bidding.

please bid only if you are sure of how to do it. Also will help if you are conversant with other opensource CMS Zencart/Oscommerce/Joomla/phpBB/SMF etc as there are other projects that I have and will be getting on a regular basis.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
