Create code that allows us to insert links that cant be seen on the front end

We're looking to create links in the source code of a lot of our websites, but don't want the links to appear on the front end of the site so it doesn't break up the design etc.
Whether this is by aligning the links to the far right by 99999px etc, I dont know, but I am looking for someone who has done this before and can create a clean piece of code that will work in every scenario, and still be picked up by google
