Website Templates - Immediate Project

This project consists of building three website templates (using Dreamweaver and Fireworks) very similar to: <[url removed, login to view]>. You would need to change color schemes and implement a navigation button, which we can use to create a navigation menu. The three sites will be for: auto loans, cash advance, and car insurance; therefore, you will need to use appropriate graphics for these subjects.

**Note: This project is for templates only, not completed websites.**

Expected final product: crisp, clean look as demonstrated with graphics optimized for fast loading sites. All graphics should be delivered in .png format.

This is an immediate project and templates are needed ASAP. We are hoping to find a bidder by the end of the day. If we do not have a bidder the project will be canceled at the end of the day 12/21/05. All three templates should be delivered by 5:00pm, 12/23/05.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) All work must be original and all work must be free of copyrights.
