Redesign of Site, Html Templates wanted

please provide 3 or more mock ups, deliver chosen mock up in html templates ready for web integration by our developer.

Looking for static and dynamic pages.

The site is HTML driven by PHP/MySQL. Most of the site has been completed. What I need is this:

A (artistic flare required) designer, competent with PHP/MySQL. This developer would be required to complete a number of pages, provide 3 or more mock ups, deliver chosen mock up in html templates ready for web integration by our developer. Looking for static and dynamic pages.

Common tasks may include:

-insert controls(buttons, links, etc)

-modify html forms

-create new scripts

-modify existing web design template

-format data

-artistic improvements

-so far site focus has been functionality

-would like to change look and feel

-require that the design be updated to a newer, slicker version of itself

-would like to see some snazzy updates

The site's content is user entered and downloaded and stored in the database. Most of this job is creating pages

to simply work with the data, whether it's inserting it into the DB or formatting it using HTML for display. It

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Deliverables include html templates ready for web integration. This project has a 45 day timeline. It should be an easy job for any accomplished designer and I will expect a professional and maintainable result.

## Platform

This site is currently hosted on a Linux machine, PHP versions 4+, no CVS modules, MySQL. Any work must perrform successfully on the standard *Nix, apache, php, mysql web server setup.
