THIS BID IS FOR ONLY INDIAN CODERS. I am from India. I am intending to participate in a govt IT work thru tender. Generally, we need to make an agreement (specially and only for this said work) citing all conditions. Tender docs itself costs Rs 5,000. I am planning to bid for job at around 1.25 lakhs. Almost 60% amount will go to bribes etc. If our joint venture wins the work, you will be eligible to get Rs 10,000. You will get this amount after payment of first instalment. If we do not win the work, you will get nothing. All required works is almost completed at my end. Work is to develop a web-portal with 5 yrs hosting and domains with 1 year maintenance. I want all credit of this job to myself. I want to do this work for credit/recognition/experience, not for money. If our own deal is done, I get your support as require to participate in tender. ## Deliverables

r1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
