Printer Expert control

I have a desktop app that is built in .net (c#) i have had a few customers tell me they wish they could print to it...print from thier win app to a printer and then the tiff of that print job would be picked up by my app....

I would like an application or control that is easy to install that will allow a user to install it to add a printer with my name on it. whereby they can print from any normal win app and it will send a tiff to the clipboard...if possible i would like to detect if it is a multipage tiff so that i can process the images/pages correctly

my app is similar to ms paint, image manipulation, but built in .net....

I have heard some cool ideas from my team to make a special printer on a port that will intercept the raw print data and then be available for us to integrate with..you can use anyway you like just let me know your plan and how we might be able to integrate with it.

Once again the app should be easy for us to install on client apps win 2K through 2003.

app will be tested on large files from serveral apps so please be ready to test with us.

I have a good budget for this but i need you to be an expert coder. if you can manage in .net please let me know..if not that is okay just let me know the language

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
