78795 IE TOOLBAR

Hello, I have a few PPC search sites, and I want a programmer to build an IE search toolbar for one of them. I would need to be shown how to apply it to my other sites if I decided I wanted to use it on them as well. The sooner that this project is done, the better, so if you already have one built, PLEASE contact me! Also, I will need to be able to apply it to my other sites, and if I decide to sell the sites, I should be able to, so I guess I need resell rights. Please ask questions, Thank you.
