iOffer like website

I have a forum with substantial membership, and since we like to trade stuff, we have developed a need for an iOffer like website.

Of course, this would be on a much smaller scale, only for our needs, but regardless, I still need a website that would use exactly the same system as iOffer, but additionally be able to list an item for an auction, if wanted.

Website needs to have all the same features as iOffer, if required - to the smallest detail, but needs to look and maybe operate a little differently – to my specifications.

So I need the whole thing done, including website design (not from scratch, I will provide a template) to my specifications.

I will not bother to respond to generic bids. You must have references to similar projects. The more the better.

I will pay GOOD, but I expect a good work in return!

There will be a lot of additional work required here, so I am looking for someone who will be available for hire after the initial project is done.

The project will be divided into several parts, and you will be paid after each part has been completed.
