We are looking for IOS and Android App for Real estate Portal with below functions and features and guideline to adhere.
App description and Functional details.
Type of App – Real estate Portal app for general consumer
Key Feature of the App
Property Search – Rental and sale Property search with basic search and advance search
Project Search – New development project search with basic and advance
Agency Search – Real estate Agency Search from the Existing list of agency
Home Service Search – The service providers Search with basic and Advance
Post Property – Property Posted by users after login to system. The step and form field will be same as on our website.
Registration and Login – The registration option available for basic registration and login as well.
My Account –Once account is login then one can see the 3 tab there A) My Listing
B ) My Lead C ) Update profile D) My Favorite Items
Add to favorite – Any property can be added to favorite list after creation of account
My Location – The my Location is used for the purpose to get location information at the time of search property, if they want to search from that location or change manually
Button of call / and Send query
Query form to send query to property owner for all types of properties
Permission
The permission will include as below for the application
Camera and Image gallery Access permission
Permission to access contact to share the app Link with Other
Call permission
SMS Permission
Wifi and Internet Connection Check
GPS Coordinates and Location Check
Notification Permission – When lead come on any listing
Database and Web Services
We provide database and web services. You need to access the web services from json for all the listing, upload and account. No private database is separately stored for mobile app.
Development – Complete Native for Android and IOS Both
Upload and Updates – we will upload on google play store and Apple Store ourself.
Design – Some primary screen design provided by our team to start with , more modification and design need to be done by your company or team only.
