Add video capturing to the iOS app

We have developed an app that can measure anxiety level from our patients. We distribute our app to our clients and measure anxiety by asking several questions. However, recently we thought it would be good that if we can add a video capturing that is no longer than 10 seconds. The captured video will send to our server.
The iOS App is written in Swift and we use REST API in order to send the data. We have written functions in our server to receive the video data. But we are looking someone can help us write the video capturing app. We are OK to use any API you suggest unless it works in our situation.
