Dear freelancers,
I am looking for a highly skilled and creative team that can create an entertaining viral video (or a couple of videos) that will be VERY original / entertaining / interesting. The goal is to promote a website which will give advice about mobile phones and operator commitments/plans.
As the website / brand has a very strong “Indian touch” I would like it to be recorded with Indian looking actors. Since the video is going to be used in a European country it doesn’t necessarily have to be in India, but it should resemble that country/region.
It would be great if the main character would be an old, VERY charismatic man who gives the appearance of being extremely smart. This would match the main message of the viral(s) – “he knows what’s best for you”
Requirements:
Interesting, funny, moving and definitely something that will catch the interest of many viewers - young and old, men and women. It should touch people in a positive, uplifting way and they should want to share it with others on social media. The branding should only be lightly visible in order not to "destroy the viral effect"
What should the video be about? This is your task! Making fun of / taking advantage of the great cultural differences and ways of living between our countries is probably the right direction, while using cute things or hidden camera techniques might not be. However you are the expert and you should have an awesome idea / concept. I have many years of experience in marketing so I will know what I want when I read about it.
Important - before you bid:
- naturally, I will need full rights to the video and to its characters
- sorry, but all “I can do this, contact me. Bye” answers will be ignored. Please explain in 2-3 or more sentences (but not half a page of copy+paste of irrelevant work) why I should contact you or even better - an initial proposition what type of viral you are proposing and what it should be about
Final words:
I am aware that creating virals that turn into to great hits is very hard and unpredictable, but I believe that with an awesome idea anything is possible. I also know that creating videos in a professional way takes a lot of time and work, but I am a one person company so please do not bid too high as the money will go from my personal savings... Otherwise I will have to cancel this project and think of something more simple and cheap…
I am demanding, but really fun to work with :) I want to create something that both you and I will be very proud of and that will have thousands and thousands of views on Youtube :)
