I am looking for a freelancer who can help me make my HTML page interactive by adding drag functionality to specific SVG shapes.
Skills and experience needed:
- Strong knowledge of HTML and SVG
- Experience with d3.js or similar libraries for data visualization
- Ability to implement drag functionality for SVG shapes
- Attention to detail to accurately follow a detailed plan for the design and layout of the interactions.
-Migration of HTML static graph into light dynamic d3.js visualisation
Requirements:
1- Generate a new simple HTML page with D3.js or any equivalent library to make the graph more elegant with drag-and-drop functionality: "drag and drop to move nodes around and have the lines move along, expand/shorten accordingly, arrow angle/direction adapting." please check [login to view URL] in the attachment
2-Keep the existing functionality as-is (the attached HTML page has some functionality "JavaScript"; please keep it).
3-Clean the code and make it as light as possible and reproducible.
4-Split the data (node and edges "SVG elements") from the functionality to make tracking and scaling the code easier in the future.
5-Write simple documentation on changing the data in the sample HTML "attached file" and replacing it with other data and how did you integrate the D3.js into the code?
6- There is no need for a server-side now; I will start with the client side unless you recommend something else for big data performance.
7- Add CSS to make the HTML page fancy and elegant
8- Regarding reshape the selected node button logic. We need show the result on the same page instead of opening it in a new window.
