I have a web page which is used to make forms. I have been trying to debug a problem with a date object. I am requesting help to fix the code.
This is the page which does not work due to the date issue: [login to view URL]
All other form types work fine. Here is the example: [login to view URL]
In the console, I get the error: "Uncaught TypeError: [login to view URL] is not a function"
I am requesting help correcting this error.
