Golf-oriented booking platform (and later apps)

Hi guys,
As the name describes, this platform will eventually enable golf players to book a "tee time" (reserve a golf round) from a web interface and, later from a mobile app(Android/iOS).
The golf clubs will be able to manage their available tee times, modify prices, see bookings, and manage their golf courses. Also, as most of the golf clubs in DE use a CRM system, an API integration with that system is needed to manage bookings and "tee times" stored in it through this platform's interface.
We'll discuss and treat each app(web/mobile apps) as a different project, as they are depending on each other.
Current status:
- 90% of the specifications are built and refined;
- the designs are available and will be provided in the requested format;
- the requests for an MVP are ready, all tools are set up(github, TeamWork, firebase etc.).
Architecture:
- React.js + Redux + Firebase ;
- (later) react native: apps;
All other details and documentation will be provided.
Technology:
react.js, Firebase, redux-saga, Jest for testing, Github and others as needed;
Integrations:
Almost everything Firebase offers for front-end pages(ex: Analytics, authentication, storage etc.), online payment (Stripe), MailChimp integration(currently just build lists with users), 3'rd party CRM integration through rest API(synchronization of the 2 DB's).
Development process:
We are using Team Work as a project management tool. All communication, updates etc. will be handled through TW.
The code will be commited in our private repo at GitHub.
For staging we'll use Firebase hosting.
All mockups are made using Sketch.
Organisation of work: in TW we've already added the desired sprints, containing tasks. Those sprints will have a milestone and the payment plan will be set according to each milestone.
Daily or at least every 2 days we'll have a short "stand-up" meeting with our Scrum Master, regarding the current state of the development, problems etc. All questions or unclear points will be answered asap.
All web pages will be responsive(Bootstrap). We can even provide some responsive HTML pages, to speed up the process.
Current status: all of the tools needed are set up, sprints created, requirements and designs built. The development process needs to start asap.
