Development of small on demand booking service platform

Our idea is to create a on demand booking platform for service request of small renovation jobs where people can book a service and get connected with the right handyman. Like a Uber model.
There is a similar platform we you can use for inspiration. We want the same functionality and working proces. You can find it in the word file.
-The web application need to be created in MERN stack. Its just the admin panel/backoffice. The landing pages we have already created in WordPress. The custom booking plugin on wordpress need to be connect with api or webhook with the web application.
-For the admin panel we can use premium admin template.
-We need mangopay/stripe connect for payment handling.
-Api & webhook possibilties to connect with external apps and plugins
We are looking for a team/freelancer to build a business relationship with.
The platform workflow in steps:
1. Someone books a service on the website . This can be for example plumber work or painting.
2. We will send a notification/message with the service request to handymen pool in the platform
3. The first handyman that reacts and accept will get the job
4. The handyman will do the job
5. He will make an invoice in the webapp/his app and send it.
6. The consumer will get a payment link and will pay for the job that is done
7. Our backoffice will manage handymen payout and fee handling
