I need services to create a site, with a template on PSD, we have the design and we need to render to aspx .net, using CSS and XHTML,
The project was to create on december, and we describe the map site on PDF file.
Tecnical information:
Data Base: ACCESS ,sql or oracle 11g
Pplataform:Windows 2000 server
Do not use Frame work.
The site need to update for news for every products, so we need have Editor for changes and Icon to print.
