Non Profit needs help setting up a YouTube Direct & Map

We are a non-profit needing a little help with our website: Setting up a youtube direct page, customizing a google map, and perhaps cleaning up our wordpress site with some plug-in customization. More specifically:
1) Setting up a YouTube DIRECT account (API work involved) and making sure it has a look similar to our website (logo integration, etc.)
2) Customize a map page so that viewers can put in their own info and have it show up on a map. A google map is OK, but a nice, easy-to-read custom map using Ushahidi would be even better.
3) We have a wordpress site that needs some customization using plugins:
A) Simple contact form that can populate our database working with a no-cost or low-cost email service (such as YMLP - Your Mailing List Provider)
