I have a site that has Joomsocial and I want to create application that will allow me as the administrator to see if members have linked there profiles to other social networking sites like MySpace, facebook etc

We send out personal items to members once they have link to other social networking sites.

The application need to be able to temporary disable a profile if the links are broken and send out a email to the member warning them to re-link or there profile will remain disabled.

There needs to be a rating system where if you're linked to:

Social networking sites

2- Silver member

4- Bronze member

6- Platinum member

8 – Titanium member

This need to be seen by other members

Please give some indication of cost

You're more than welcome to use any application available that can be modified
