Blood Chart to keep track of reading and drug interaction..
My wife had a kidney transplant and has to be able to see the changes in drugs, do what to blood readings. This is important to see the trends of changes over weeks.
The attached chart show all the areas need and instructions for you to design it.. each page use a new color for bars going up.
We would like this to be a self standing program we hope, if it has to be on a web page we may be able to do that. But for sure it is on a computer.
Use a program that will work.
