L'objectif est de saisir des transactions financières dans Quickbooks. Il y a environ 250 lignes d'éléments dans une feuille Excel qui doivent entrer dans Quickbooks pour l'exercice 2021. Nous avons déjà un compte Quickbooks mais nous ne l'avons pas pleinement utilisé. Il y a quatre compagnies au total, qui ont des liens entre elles qui seront expliqués. Notre Quickbooks est aussi connecte aux compte bancaires, donc le fichier excel sert de guide mais toutes les transactions devront deja etre dans le logiciel.
Nous pousvons communiquer en francais ou en anglais, peu importe. Par contre la personne doit lire le français, car beaucoup de pièces justificatives et le Quickbooks sont en français. Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais facilitera les choses car certains notes et documents sont en anglais.
Idéalement, la personne devrait connaître les lois fiscales du Canada, et du Québec en particulier.

The goal is to enter financial transactions into Quickbooks. There are around 250 rows of items in an Excel sheet that need to go into Quickbooks for the 2021 fiscal year. We already have a Quickbooks account but haven't fully utilized it. There are four companies in total, which have links between them which will be explained. Our Quickbooks is also connected to bank accounts, so the excel file serves as a guide but all transactions must already be in the software.
We can communicate in French or English, it doesn't matter. On the other hand, the person must read French, because many supporting documents and the Quickbooks are in French. A good knowledge of English will make things easier because some notes and documents are in English.
Ideally, the person should know the tax laws of Canada, and Quebec in particular.
