Changing website map with Googlemaps API to opensource layers

I would like to change part of my website which use map with markers.
Currently it is working with Googlemaps API. I need to have it with
exactly the same effects but using only open layers map.
Here is the address to my website with the map example:

This website is very simple and is also working offline. I need it
must also work just from computer (connected to internet). Maps layers
should be browsing from external server (eg Openstreetmap server).
Additionally I need also toggler which can toggle between at least a few
baselayers. Shown in following example are very good to me:
