simple html page with javascript based on excel sheet

Develop a form on a standalone HTML page that uses Javascript to output numbers based on what visitor defines.
The OutPuts are in GREEN Box
The customer will enter in the following:
- Available Cash
- Define the Percentage Split, so if one is at 45 the other automatically goes to 55 to make up 100.
- Interest Per Anum, these are both definable by the visitor as scroll box with pre-defined metrics from -10% to +10% in 1% increments.
The excel sheet shows how things are worked out, I would like to just replicate this sheet with its workings into an HTML Page which will be auto-updating based on the customers preferences.
