We are looking for Graphic-Photoshop-Designer with professionell skills in full-time for long term collaboration.
The designer should be familiar with adobe photoshop and illustrator.
The designer should be able to make graphics, not only to edit graphics!
Here are some examples the designer should be able to create:

The designer should also be able to create a design like the following design in different variations very quickly.

We work with a collaboration-software to manage all tasks and communication for both sides as comfortable and effective as possible.
Fast-working and a smooth communication via mail and skype are very important to us, which does not mean that we want to discourage our employees from work.
We do not negotiate every working hour, but expect an honest accounting.
For good communication, we need a permanent TeamViewer access to the computer of our permanent staff.
Please only designer who speak and understand english or german!
Please only experienced designers with graphic design skills who are able to work for us in full-time! We have no time to wait for designs and revisions because we have to make hundreds of designs the next month's.
