I require a database to manage sales leads.
We have a small list of leads - 10 000
We generate leads daily - 500ish.
We need to check list of generated leads against leads already generated to make sure there are no duplicates. IF duplicates are present to be automatically removed.
We generate more leads than we contact for the actual sale. We need a way to separate the contacted - from not contacted in a user friendly manner.
Bonus: The ability for 2 users to work on the list without contacting the same lead (not a major issue as these can be manually split quite easily).
Bonus bonus: If ecommerce can be connected up to feedback into database - so when a lead completes a sale - it is registered against that lead (which should be in the "contacted" list).
Allows me to contact all the leads that were contact - but not reinitiated.
This list can get rather big quite fast. Need a robust database.
The leads are in the form of instagram names.
I am not sure traditional CRM is required here.
Please ask any questions - The bonus stuff is not require - I am happy to pay a little extra for those features.
