To create employer profiles/accounts on FREE university career service job sites and post job advertisements to those job sites.
Background - For your information to help you bid accurately
Many universities offer totally free job posting services. Some offer free to employers (not to third party advertisers), and some have paid services only. Some also have "free" if you only post to their university, but cost if you post to multiple universities or across multiple campuses (e.g. Symplicity).
Your Job
1) You will be provided with a list of universities, some will have free services others will be paid. It is part of your job to find the appropriate universities, i.e. the ones with free job posting services.
2) You should then create an employer profile/account and then post the advertisement.
3) Follow up with the university job services to ensure that the advertisement has been placed.
4) Create a spreadsheet that includes:
University Name, a hyperlink to employer login page, employer username and password, the date the add was posted; the date the add will expire; special Notes
I will provide:
- a list of universities for you to consider
- a list of blocked universities (you should not advertise on these sites)
- the employer details required to create profiles/accounts
- the advertisement
- the position details
- support required to complete the task
You will be paid when:
- I have the completed spreadsheet
- I have checked and accessed the employer login
- I have received a confirmation email from the university stating that the advertisement has been approved and posted.
