Write a simple Polymer POC to show your skills.
Looking for a Polymer developer I can use to build Polymer-based UI (incorporating Material Design) that utilises RESTful APIs exposed by my server-side developers.
The POC would be this:
I will provide a JSON file containing a collection of around 150+ objects (say a list of projects). The objective would be:
a) to present the projects (id, client, site, name) in a table using a specific table widget \"aha-table\" that can be found on component kitchen; and
b) open a selected project in a new window to display some of the key fields (not all, just a few and it doesn\'t matter which ones)
This all should be done using Google Polymer. The \"aha-table\" can be found on google and is listed on \"component kitchen\" (google it).
Presenting the data in the table should be straight forward. However, as Polymer is a \"single-window-app\" framework, the second new window will need, in effect be a new app.
This will require use of a query string along the lines of \"[url removed, login to view]\" where [url removed, login to view] is the job page page and n is the id of the selected project.
What I\'m looking for is somebody who is quick to pick up Polymer, is an expert in javascript, HTML5, CSS3 etc., but also works quickly and with an eye for detail.
Pretty simple stuff but you have to know Polymer, bower, grunt etc. CSS3/HTML5 essential. Commercial Angular.js would provide a good background, but this is a Polymer project...
If this can be turned around quickly I\'d be interested in starting immediately on some serious work.
